Who we are and agreeing to these terms

Erp2X is a business management and online store platform, operated by the company operating Erp2X. By using Erp2X or creating a workspace you agree to these terms. You must be legally allowed to act for the business you are signing up for.

Your workspace and account

Give accurate details when you sign up, and keep them up to date. Keep your sign-in details safe and turn on two-step verification (Verify 2x) where it is offered. You are responsible for the staff users you add and for what they do in your workspace. You may sign in with Google or Facebook instead of a password.

Your web address (for example xxx.erp2x.com) is for your business only. We may take it back if it misleads people or infringes on someone else's name or brand.

Plans, payment and limits

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period. Prices are shown on our pricing page, and are shown without taxes; applicable taxes are added at checkout. Each plan has limits such as storage, newsletter emails, AI use and store app builds; if you go past them you cannot use those features until the next period or a bigger plan. Add-ons such as the iPhone store app cost extra. If a payment fails, the workspace may be limited or suspended after 7 days' notice.

Refunds

There are no refunds for part-months already started. Long-term plans (monthly and longer) are refundable pro-rata within 14 days of purchase. If you have paid and something has gone wrong, contact us first — we will look at it.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• sell illegal products or publish illegal content;
• send spam — newsletter emails only to people who confirmed their subscription, and every email keeps its unsubscribe link;
• upload malware, attack Erp2X, or try to break into other workspaces;
• resell or share your access to Erp2X;
• try to reach another business's data, or use Erp2X in a way that harms other users.

Shared resources such as storage and AI usage must be used fairly, so one workspace cannot slow everyone else down.

Your data

Your business data belongs to you. Erp2X processes it only on your behalf, as described in our Privacy policy. You can export your records (for example customers, products, sales and reports) from the pages where they are shown, and you can ask us for a copy of your data. After a workspace is closed, we delete its data after 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep records.

Online stores built with Erp2X

Your shop is the seller to its shoppers. You are responsible for your products, prices, stock, delivery, returns, refunds and for following consumer law. Payment gateway and courier accounts are agreements between your shop and those providers, not with Erp2X. If you publish a store app using your own Apple or Google developer account, your app must follow that store's rules.

Other services

Sign-in with Google, Facebook or Apple, payment gateways, SMS and email providers, app stores and couriers all have their own terms. We do not control them, and we are not responsible for their outages or their decisions.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Erp2X available at all times, but planned maintenance and outages can happen. Features can change from time to time. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will give you notice before it takes effect.

Suspension and closing an account

You can close your workspace at any time. We may suspend or close a workspace that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts our users at risk, and we will give notice where it is reasonable to do so.

Liability

Erp2X is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost business. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim was made.

Intellectual property

Erp2X owns the platform, its code, name and design. You keep ownership of your content, and you let us host and display it so that we can run your workspace and your store.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will tell you by email or inside Erp2X before the change takes effect. If you keep using Erp2X after that, you accept the new terms.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Erp2X is registered.
