Who we are

Erp2X is a business management and online store platform. This policy explains what personal data we handle for www.erp2x.com, for the businesses that use Erp2X, and for shoppers on stores built with Erp2X.

Businesses using Erp2X

When you sign up or use Erp2X we keep your account details (name, email, phone, business details), what you enter into the system (such as products, customers, sales and staff records), payment records for your subscription, and security records (sign-ins, device and activity logs). We use them to run the service, bill you, keep accounts secure and give support.

Shoppers on stores built with Erp2X

Each store is run by its own business, which decides how shopper data is used; Erp2X handles it on the store's behalf. A store keeps what you give at checkout or in your account (name, email, phone, delivery address, orders) to deliver orders and, only if you confirmed a newsletter subscription or agreed to notifications, to send news and updates.

Signing in with Google, Facebook or Apple

If you choose "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Facebook" when signing up for Erp2X, or when your staff sign in to a workspace, we receive only your name, email address and an account ID from that service. The same applies if you choose "Continue with Google", "Continue with Facebook" or "Continue with Apple" on a store built with Erp2X, to create or open your store account. We do not receive your password and we do not post anything on your behalf.

Who we share data with

Only service providers that help us run Erp2X: hosting and file storage, email and SMS delivery, payment processing (for example Stripe and local payment gateways), and the sign-in services above when you use them. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

For as long as the account is active and afterwards only as long as needed for legal, tax or accounting reasons, or to resolve disputes.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection laws, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time (for example by unsubscribing or changing your cookie settings). See how to delete your data.
