Shoppers on a store built with Erp2X

1. Contact the store you bought from and ask it to delete your account and personal data, or send the request through our contact page with the store's web address and the email you used.
2. We confirm the request with you by email, then delete your store account and personal details within 30 days. Order records the store must keep by law (for example for tax) are kept only for that purpose.

If you signed in with Facebook, Google or Apple

You can also remove Erp2X from your account's connected apps at any time: Facebook > Settings > Apps and websites; Google Account > Security > Your connections to third-party apps; Apple ID > Sign in with Apple. Removing it stops future sign-ins; to delete what the store already holds, send a request as above.

Businesses using Erp2X

The account owner can ask to close the business account and delete its data through the contact page. We will confirm first, give you the chance to export your data, and then delete it within 30 days, apart from billing records we must keep by law.
