We admire what all-in-one platforms like Odoo proved possible: that a single connected system beats ten disconnected tools. erp2x takes that same philosophy and rebuilds it around one idea they weren't originally designed for — multi-tenancy from day one.
Why we started building this
Most small and mid-sized businesses we've seen — pharmacies, grocery stores, electronics shops, hardware suppliers — end up running on a patchwork: a POS from one vendor, a spreadsheet for stock, WhatsApp for customer follow-ups, and a notebook for HR. Each tool works fine on its own. None of them talk to each other.
erp2x exists to close that gap — one workspace where a sale at the counter, an order online, a stock transfer between branches, and a new hire's paperwork all live in the same system, correctly permissioned, for every business it serves.
Why multi-tenant, specifically
Traditional all-in-one platforms were usually built for one company to run on its own server. Great, if you're that one company. Harder if you're a platform trying to serve many businesses at once without standing up a separate deployment for each one.
erp2x is built multi-tenant from its very first table — every workspace, its users, and its data are isolated by design, not retrofitted later. That's the foundation everything else on this site is being built on top of.
